Hi, I’m Denise—and I can’t wait to guide you through the process of selecting your materials, finishes, colours, fixtures and fittings for your new build home.
Throughout my 20+ years as an Interior Designer and Colour Selection Specialist, I’ve developed an expert eye for aesthetics, an extensive understanding of which design elements will best bring a space to life, and a comfortable shoulder for stressed-out home builders to lean on.
As you navigate the pre-build process, my role is to alleviate the pressure of doing it all on your own, help you make informed decisions about your selections, and support you every step of the way—all while respecting your timeline and your budget.

Through careful consideration of your brief, I’ll work with you to select the perfect external and internal materials, finishes, colours, fixtures and fittings to ensure the best living experience in your new home—so you no longer have to feel the pressure of taking everything on by yourself.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Review floor plans, external and internal elevations, and provide constructive feedback
Provide suggestions on change of overall design with particular emphasis on spatial planning, traffic flow, comfort, safety, aesthetics, proportion, scale, and attention to detail
Access to a greater variety of materials and finishes that will fit the aesthetic of your home
Collaboration with your Architect or Draughtsperson to achieve the best floor plan for your lifestyle and future needs
Select and schedule all of the external and internal materials, finishes, colours, fixtures and fittings
Voxer support is available 5 days a week for questions and quick need-to-knows
350m2 - 450m2: starting at $18,500.00 including GST.
500m2 - 650m2: starting at $23,500.00 including GST.

I take a limited amount of projects at a time, so as to ensure the most intentional design and materials, finishes, and colour selection for each client. A 30% deposit is required upon booking to reserve your spot in my calendar. All remaining details will be attached to your scope of work and fee proposal.
The above m2 calculations are the combined internal and external floor areas, including the garage, porch, alfresco and balconies.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
Discovery Session
After your initial inquiry, we’ll schedule a discovery session to go over the details of your project. I’ll help you gain an understanding of what we can accomplish together, and then I’ll get to work interpreting your brief.
Translation of the Brief
With your brief in mind, I will then select the materials, finishes, colours, tapware, and sanitaryware. I will then present them to you, and then we’ll discuss your appliances. Next, you’ll either accept the selection, or we’ll make any necessary changes.
Schedule Compilation
Upon your approval of the selection, I’ll compile a schedule (what the material is, where it's from, which profile and colour, how it’s installed or laid, etc.) and then you’ll be ready to submit it all to the builder!
